I contacted the company by telephone on XX/XX/2023 to inform them of my new mailing address and that I required a new card to replace my expired XXXX. I was told that my account would be updated, my new card would be mailed and that this would be initiated without any issues. On XX/XX/2023 when I attempted to activate and use my new XXXX, I was unable to do so. When I then contacted Destiny MasterCard/Concora credit, I was told that there was a security block placed on my card due to suspicious activity. When I inquired as to what this activity was, I was informed that it was the change of address that I had requested ( the only such change I had ever requested or listed on my history in approximately XXXX years ). Subsequent to XXXX phone calls and conversations with no less than XXXX different XXXX credit representatives, I was told that there was no solution available that would lift the block on my card short of my mailing in a paper copy of my drivers license ( also disregarding my " electronic communication '' account preferences ). Despite my requests to speak to XXXX different account managers and my insisting that my license would reflect my prior mailing address, my offer to email in the license instead and my telling the representatives of my need to access my card, there was no solution offered to me aside from long telephone holds. I this closed my account out of sheer frustration and disgust with these business practices. Credit card companies are known for their predatory behavior, but this company goes far beyond what I've experienced in terms of total disregard for customer service and desire for expediency in any realm aside from collecting capital from its customers. I don't know whether anything can be done with this complaint, but I hope that it brings some degree of awareness to someone with the ability to hold Concord credit accountable.
