Applied for loan on XX/XX/2023 but was unaware that the inquiry didnt accompany approval because I was already approved for XXXX post submitting ssn but was left pending for docs that werent specified beforehand so i contacted supervisor XXXX and said Id like to rescind my application if I can have it sent over with the necessary rescission disclosures as non were provided nor discussed at time of applying. I will be notifying the IRS for tax purposes upon the event that the application can not be returned to the beneficial owner of all titles, rights, and interest that came as profit out of the transaction in the form of credits or federal reserve notes I demand it all returned as it is unearned interest due back to the principal IMMEDIATELY. I have proof that a transaction occurred per my consumer report so I will also be forwarding this correspondence to the CFPB, FTC, and SEC in the event we can not reach an amicable resolution. I only Will correspond via email or us postal service certified mail when addressing this matter so that I have record of me coming with clean hands and in good faith in the even of your company defaulting or acquiescing.
