That is a bold faced lie. This is very annoying to hear because i called the court personally and asked them why they were reporting an in accuracy such as this and they replied they do not report to any credit reporting agency especially Tansunion LLC, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. This is a direct conflict of information/not Factual/misinformation/deceptive, and the Court has now sent me proof of what was discussed on the phone call. which is " the middle tennessee court does not report consumer information to any reporting agency which includes Transunion LLC., XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX stating that they do NOT provide Any information to credit reporting agencies. The Court states they are not Responsible for the reporting of this information on my report, nor do they ever validate and/or confirm public records. Transunion states the source as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. ( incorrect ). Next they state they obtained information from XXXX. Document from court does not confirm this as TRUTH of FACT either.
