I was denied credit because of my Experian credit score and the score in the notice showed it was more than XXXX points less than my other two scores. I went to Experian and tried to log into my account. I couldnt remember my user name so I selected Forgot user name. It took me to a screen to enter my birthday and social security number. When I did it said they didnt match. Theres no reason they wouldnt matchI double and triple checked. So, I then tried to create a new account ( I tried about ten times over two days ) and I kept getting an error and the message said Please try again later. After all that I tried to call them to tell them I couldnt access my information. All I got was a recording saying they can only put me through to an agent under a very few circumstances. I tried everything I could think of with the automated system. I said Fraud, and a few other similar terms to try to get an agent and it would not connect me to anyone. I also could not find an email address. This is causing me tremendous stress. I should be able to talk to this company, especially if theres a big problem with my report and suspected fraud. However, there is no way to speak to a human about fraud or helping me to create an account there. This is an organization thats had a data breach and if they are going to give out this kind of information, they should be available to speak to consumers. I have no way to fix this issue so Im appealing to you to see if I can get some help. I have attached the error I keep getting when trying to open an account. Thanks, XXXX XXXX
