Hello, I'm XXXX XXXX. I am writing to demand my privacy rights be respected. XXXX, XXXX amd Equifax are violation my privacy which the government has sworn to uphold. As a US-based business they should follow the law. Not only have they violated my right to privacy but they have also violated the FCRA. They are sharing my information without consent, written instruction or authorization. I have no contracts with these consumer reporting agencies and they have no excuse for sharing my information with their affiliates. This invasion of privacy and extortion. They threatening to continue disclosing my personal information until I pay. This is also a violation of the criminal coden18 us code 1343. They are using multiple sources to promote and propagate fraud, extortion and identity theft 18 us Code 1028. In addition to these blatant violations there are still more problems unresolved I expect all late payments to be removed. Transactions are to be excluded from the report. So much of the FRCA has been violated I have grown weary of finding violation. I will simply list then as follows : 1. 15 usc 1681a 2. 15 usc 1681b 3. 15 usc 1681c 4. 15 usc 1681i I am demanding the cease of improper reporting and knowing violations as per 15 usc 1681s. In order for equitable relief I demand the following items be removed without delay and rapid restore, or I will be forced to instruct the FTC and CFPB to do a thorough investigation. 1.
