XXXX XXXX, IS A LAW FIRM THAT CLAIMS TO REPRESENT PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES , LLC . 1. THEY ARE A 3RD PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR WHOM I HAVE NEVER HAD A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT OR OBILIGATION NOR DO THEY HAVE AUTHORITY TO OPERATE IN THIS MANNER WITH NO PERMISSABLE PURPOSE. THIS VIOLATES MY CONSUMERS RIGHTS ON DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES PER THE FDCPA. ALONG WITH HARRASSMENT, THEY REPEATEDLY HAVE SENT MORE THAN 12 THREATENING NOTICES VIOLATING ( 15 USC 1692 ) STATING THEY WILL FORECLOSE ON MY PROPERTY AND VIOLATING PUBLIC LAW 73-10 HJR 1933 IS STILL ENFORCED TO DATE AS IT PERTAINS TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMEREICAN and its Citizens.
