I went to XXXX XXXX ATM at XXXX on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Ohio XXXX. I went to the ATM to withdrawal money from my ETRADE checking debit card ending in XXXX using XXXX ATM in the amount of {$500.00}. The money did not disburse, but the amount was deducted from my Etrade checking account balance. I was charged a ATM fee of {$3.00} for a total of {$500.00}. I had to wait til chase bank opened to inform them what happened and I provided the receipt. They told me I had to contact etrade. I told them all they had to do is pull up the video and they will see the money didnt come out. I contacted Etrade and inform them of what happened and they told me it could be 2 weeks before any type of resolution.I asked ETRADE if they will provide a provisional credit of the {$500.00} but they have not. My furnace is broke down and that {$500.00} was to get my furnace fixed. I just want my money back. I have a copy of the receipt also.
