I NEVER GAVE MY EXPRESSED WRITTEN CONSENT FOR Equifax TO FURNISH MY CONSUMER CREDIT REPORT TO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED COMPANIES ON ANY DAY. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies.
