I have been disputing multiple accounts that were a result of identity Theft and unauthorized charges and accounts opened without my knowledge. I provided proof of my incarceration at the time these accounts were opened. They seem to overlook this documentation of proof and continue to keep these fraudulent accounts on my credit report. Which is causing my credit report score to remain in the " poor " status, ultimately this is affecting my life and moving forward, due to the fact I can't get any credit! I have ask these companies multiple times to please remove! The account and any negative actions that are associated with these accounts. THE ILLEGAL SECTION OF THIS ENTIRE COMPLAINT IS THAT 3 OF THESE ACCOUNTS HAVE DUPLICATES OF THERE ACCOUNTS MAKING IT APPEAR THAT THERE ARE MORE NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS THATLN THERE ACTUALLY IS ON MY CREDIT REPORT. THIS CANT BE LEGAL! So I am fighting for my rights against fraud from consumers commiting fraud reporting the same account twice by adding XXXX or XXXX dollars to the balance. Or either the original fraudulent account is listed and also who they have sold the account to such as National credit adjusters, they both are reporting negative activity!
