XXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX are FURNISHING LATE TRANSACTIONS on my consumer report and I DEMAND that you exclude the following transactions from my consumer report immediately on the basis of 15 USC 1681a Definitions ; Rules of Construction ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS-CONSUMER REPORT DOES NOT INCLUDE ( A ) ( i ) report containing information solely as to TRANSACTIONS OR EXPERIENCES between the consumer and the person making the report. I will be collections {$1000.00} per violation on my consumer report per 15 USC 1681n-Civil Liability for Willful Noncompliance if these transactions are not immediately removed! I have uploaded my DL for proof of identity ( address will be changed asap ) AND A COPY OF MY LEASE for proof of address so you can STOP stalling by asking for information that I had already sent on multiple disputes via certified mail, which I have proof of!
