XXXX XXXX and XXXX me and my ex husband XXXX XXXX owned properties in XXXX CA. He indicated to me that we where losing them in foreclosure. He unfortunely went behind my back and filed for bankruptcy to save the homes and continue collecting rent. I was never made aware of this. He filed joint bankruptcy paperwork without my knowledge. My next step is to file a police report with the XXXX police dept. I am unsure if he filed taxes in those years also.
