On XX/XX/, I sent 2 letters to XXXX XXXX about an alleged debt- ( see uploaded documents ) requesting a validation of the alleged debt. You see, I checked my credit report and found some damaging information on my credit caused by this company. I quickly wrote letters to the CEO, XXXX XXXX. Now, I checked my credit report, yesterday and found that the alleged debt was validated. How come I only found out about it by looking at my credit report? As you can see, I want the debt validated using your consumer laws. Nothing else will do. Since XXXX XXXX can not prove to me the alleged debt, I want it removed from the credit report. I also never gave them written permission to put this damaging information on my credit report, and they have therefore committed aggravated identity theft under 15 USC 1681 b ( 2 ). Since they cant validate the debt to me, I think they should validate the debt to you. All I know is I am suffering mentally and emotionally and the sad part about it, I cant afford to pay for mental health services. Thanks you for your time and attention to this matter.
