I am a victim of identity theft and have made this clear to this company. I sent the first letter to them on XX/XX/2023, letting them know I am a victim of identity theft and that 5 accounts were opened in my name. I went on to ask them to validate the accounts and remove them if they couldn't. I sent the second letter to them on XX/XX/2023, letting them know that I know they have 30 days to verify the disputed accounts and that I hadn't heard from them yet. I am sending the third letter to them today, XX/XX/2023, letting them know that I still have not heard from them and that further action will be taken if they do not uphold the law in this matter. I told them that I fully intend to pursue litigation in accordance with the FCRA. I am sending the fourth letter on XX/XX/2023, notifying them of my final written offer of settlement before litigation as my attempt to resolve their continued violation of the FCRA regarding their refusal to delete unverified information from my consumer profile. I informed them that I intend to seek relief and monetary damages under FCRA section 616 and section 617, being that it has now been over 30 days with no verification results from them. I have also filed an Identity Theft Report with the Federal Trade Commission regarding this matter. At this point, I can not confirm that they have done a single thing to protect me and my credit.
