There are 2 accounts from Dept of EdXXXX opened in my name on XX/XX/2023. One for {$3000.00} and another for {$1700.00}. I have never had a student loan in my life. I went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX on a football full scholarship.These two accounts showed up on my credit report and I was given their number to reach them. When I called I was kept on hold for an hour and 36 minutes then it appeared as someone was taking the call then disconnected me. I contacted Transunion and XXXX and both advised that I contact the FTC and file a police report for identity theft, fraud, and whatever else I could think of against the Dept of EdXXXX XXXX . I filed a dispute with the credit reporting agencies and it stated the accounts are mine. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and have been with the same financial institution for 15 years as a XXXX XXXX XXXX.I can provide whatever is needed along with picture ID. I am 100 % sure that the Dept of EdXXXX can not provide my same information. Please help!!!
