In XX/XX/2023, I disputed and submitted complaints in regard to a fraudulent loan debt on my credit report. After providing evidence that my identity had been stolen for almost 10 years and that I was granted a confidential name change, XXXX closed the loan as fraudulent and removed it from my credit report. XXXX had sold the debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX who was also reporting the same debt, this too was removed. However, the debt is now being reported again by another company called XXXX XXXX XXXX which is an affiliate of XXXX. After XXXX sent me a letter stating they closed the account and would stop reporting, the debt was then sold to another company that is now reporting it. This is unacceptable and unlawful to report a debt that was documented as closed and fraudulent.
