Reporting Agency- XXXX XXXX Transunion XXXX XXXX XXXX Accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The above unverified are fraudulently being reported on my credit reports that I have disputed several times with XXXX XXXX Transunion and XXXX and each time they keep telling me that these accounts are verified. However none of mentioned credit bureaus could provide me the method or proof of the verification process. None of the above collection agencies have not sent me a copy of the original assignment nor a copy of the original contract signed by me and this is a violation of 15usc1692g of the FDCPA. As a federally protected consumer I have a right to verify the debt and bureaus are fraudulently reporting these accounts based solely on heresy and not first hand documentation or knowledge that the debts and accounts are mine.
