I XXXX XXXX XXXX, a natural person, letting the CFPB know that The XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting a fraudulent account ( # XXXX ) on my credit profile. I DID NOT GIVE TRANSUNION, or XXXX CONSENT to put this on my profile. This account is damaging my credit worthiness. According the FCRA, a collection of an account is a permissible purpose to obtain a consumer report ONLY when the collection is in connection with a credit transaction. I did not apply for ANY credit/loan with XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX , nor did they have my written consent to put this onto my profile. Due to this fraudulent account on my credit profile, I have been denied credit and my report has taken a serious hit, dropping my score tremendously. This is in violation of the FCRA, and if not deleted, I will sue TRANSUNION and XXXX because they were put on notice and is willingly furnishing false information. Transunion and XXXX have been put on notice since XXXX. I have attached my letter for Validation sent to them on XX/XX/2023. I also have attached the DOJ letter, Validation of Debt, Notarized, the Transunion Notice, Notice of Demand for Responsibility Contract from the Child Support Agency, and lastly a Notice of Deletion to XXXX. None of the entities have responded. This account gas been deleted by XXXX already as they did not want me to proceed to Arbitration for damages.
