On or about XXXX XXXX, I took my son XXXX to XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX NJ XXXX for a XXXX XXXX I took my son toXXXX XXXX because his XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX retired after takingall my children to him for approximately 30 years. Unfortunately, I was erroneouslyled to believe by XXXX XXXX that I would not receive a bill because they are in networkwith XXXX and they treat patients for urgent AND NON URGENT MATTERS. Sadly, XXXXXXXX XXXX is trying to be slick by INTENTIONALLY billing XXXX at an urgent care rateknowing that XXXX is not going to pay because a physical is not an urgent matter.XXXX may have paid XXXX XXXX approximately {$60.00} IF, XXXXXXXX XXXX had billed themcorrectly because they are in network and have a contractually agreed upon setprice. XXXX is culpable too. XXXX is aware XXXX XXXX wrongdoing because I notifiedthem of the crime that XXXX XXXX committed to complain about the billing and XXXXTRIED to use an excuse by stating that XXXX XXXX is an XXXX XXXX faculty. However, XXXX is INTENTIONALLY IGNORING the fact that XXXX XXXX treats urgent and NON -URGENT matters so they would not have to pay any bill. Therefore, XXXX shouldhave advised XXXX XXXX to correct their erroneous billing and XXXX should have paidtheir contractually agreed upon set-rate of approximately {$60.00}. XXXXXXXX XXXX is inNetwork with XXXX. A XXXX IS NOT an urgent matter and XXXX XXXX DECEIVEDthe subscriber into believing that he would not be billed because XXXX XXXX treat/seesurgent and non-urgent patients and a XXXX is not an urgent matter, however XXXX is trying to be slick and deceive XXXX and the subscriber by billing XXXX as if XXXX is an urgent matter so that they increase their profits!
