I got behind on my mortgage payments beginning in XXXX of this year. For this my home was in foreclosure processes but never foreclosed on. I filed loss mignation with the lender but was denied with no clear reason why when called and asked why it was denied. VA was informed of all this. moving forward. Since then, I was able to find a program with an agency called save a dream, that paid my full amount of XXXX but in the sum of XXXX as of XXXX XXXX, XXXX that was owned to the lender. This total amount included ALL FEES, TAXES, INSURANCE and MORTGAGES FEES along with a one month in advance mortgage payment for the month of XXXX XXXX. When I contacted my lender PennyMac about overage payment of XXXX and why they were trying to charge me for late fees in the amount of XXXX they ( PennyMac ) refuse in giving me a clear answer and the answers were always different for the last one. They also increase my mortgage payments by XXXX dollars claiming it was because my insurance went up. After contacting my insurance XXXX XXXX, I immediately canceled them and got another insurance company XXXX which makes my mortgage payment much lower which I informed PennyMac of the change on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, but PennyMac refuse to do another escrow adjustment claiming my monthly payments will still be with the XXXX increase stating XXXX XXXX, XXXX. After talking with XXXX XXXX XXXX several times about this matter with PennyMac they can't understand why XXXX won't take that overage of XXXX and apply it for XXXX mortgage and what's left of that apply that amount to XXXX mortgage and would make up the different for XXXX mortgage, and they PennyMac shouldn't be trying in charging me of any late fees when the payment that PennyMaXXXX have received on XXXX XXXX, XXXX covered all that. As of this very day XXXX XXXX, XXXX PennyMac refuse to open the online payment portal, blocking me in making any types of payments with them online.
