XXXX, XXXX and equifax are reporting information from a creditor that I had transactions and experiences with and I did not give the company authorization to communicate any of that info with this XXXX party agencies. I need the unauthorized info to be removed and or updated immediately. These are my written instructions, as the consumer, which the report is in connection with. According to 15 U.S. Code 1681b a consumer report may be furnished ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates.
