My first complaint though XXXX and CF was as following Caliber has denied my PMI removal several times. My home valuation is {$520000.00} plus and I only owe {$310000.00} on the loan. I have sent in the XXXX check and form that states the updates/costs I have done to the home. It has been a drawn out response followed by a refund of the check and then denial of the request. The customer service since being bought out by XXXX XXXX has been awful. I dont believe it is the employees fault but that they are tied down by an awful automated system and slimy company tactics. My latest call was today XX/XX/23 and employee XXXX. Was not helpful in the least and it is frustrating in this day and age to not get something sorted out other than snail mail and poor communication prior to denial of the requests. I will never finance again through this company and can not recommend enough you do the same So a couple weeks later and multiple reps on the phone with caliber we finally did get to the point where a representative basically did admit they had done the process of the removal wrong and that an appraisal shouldve been ordered. Im sure they have audio recordings of this conversation. So they took my additional fee for the XXXX removal which increased 30 % since XXXX when I started this process. They said an appraisal would be ordered within 10 days. Guess what happened? They switched my loan servicer to XXXX XXXX and did not order the appraisal, they did not refund me, and they did not contact me about the XXXX. I can not believe this is still happening. I have never made a complaint formally about a company in my lifetime until dealing with XXXX.
