On XX/XX/2023, I took out the personal loan of {$50000.00} with 23 % interest rate, being convinced by a scammer. This scammer scammed me with XXXX investment and got me take out loans including the one from Upstart. After I noticed I got scammed, I called Upstart immediately ( on XX/XX/XXXX ) to seek any help they could provide to me. They couldn't lower the interest rate nor help me with their hardship program. Most importantly, even though I explained this loan was related to a scam I experienced, they said they can not do anything with it. Although the fund was arrived in my bank account, it was immediately transferred to blockchain and transferred to the scammer. I am hoping Upstart to reconsider this situation and write off the loans.
