I filed a XXXX and XXXX clain on XX/XX/XXXX through Arvest bank account insurance. I called on XX/XX/XXXX because I could not get into my online account and they told me they were closing my account. They did not have a valid reason for closing my account. That same day I received a letter in the mail requesting additional information for my XXXXXXXX claim. On XX/XX/XXXX, a letter was sent out by Avest declaring they are clsoing my account. It appears that they are closing my account because I filed an insurance claim.
