XXXX of XXXX I reached out to the company to get help about updating my new bank account to make payments to my credit card balance. It took them nearly XXXX month to respond. Then another month to help resolve the issue. Is this time I was hit with a late payment. After the resolution I requested the tech support personnel to please fix the issue. she stated " I will be forwarded the issue to our credit reporting department for accurate reporting ''. Nothing has been resolved and I'm still showing a late payment last year.
