I applied for a payday loan online. I was approved for {$470.00} dollars and never recieved the funds in my account. After weeks with customer service nothing has been done, and they even tried to charge my card for the loan. I discovered they had sent it to the correct account number but had messed up the routing number. I have provided them all the documentation they have requested from me, in order to prove they had made the mistake and I have called upwards of 30 times to the response " it is being looked at, but you are still responsible for this loan. '' Which seems illegal and is why I am having to reach out to CFPB for help on the matter. This was my first time applying for a payday loan and speedycash is in my opinion allowing people like me to pay for their mistakes, with no actual service from customer service.
