My loans were moved to Nelnet from Great Lakes back in the summer of 2023. I was notified that payments would resume in XXXX. I made an account, and set up auto pay to begin at the end of XXXX. Received email confirmation from Nelnet. Come back to my portal at the end of XXXX to see that no auto debit has been put on my account. Thought it must be an issue with the payment I put in, so I make a direct, one time payment to Nelnet to bring my account back into good standing. I get an email confirmation that my loan has been paid. Go back to my bank account the next week to see that payment still hasnt been pulled. Log back into Nelnet and I am now getting alerts that my payments are overdue. I continue this process, with no success. I am also not able to contact the loan servicer by phone and no one has returned my email requests.
