Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am writing this complaint because I keep getting a run around from XXXX and TransUnion on how I should submit my proof of my bankruptcy to have several accounts removed or corrected on my report. I submitted my letter with a copy of my social security card, driver 's license, current address, and my full name ( which is what they each requested ) on XXXX. On XXXX I called into each of them to see about an update and they both stated that they see the documents, but they have not been processed. I spoke to a supervisor with each company and they stated that they would expedite the request as the documents had been sitting there since XXXX I called back today XXXX to check the status but they stated that the documents would not be processed since they were sent in by a 3rd party credit repair company. Why would they not have told me that the documents needed to come straight from me?! They knew that I was working with someone to fix my credit and they did not tell me anything. I have been the one talking to them, not my credit repair company. This is SO frustrating and has wasted the past XXXX or 4 months trying to correct this. The supervisor at XXXX was especially rude and pretty much told me that there is nothing that they can do about it and that I should ask more questions next time. This is ridiculous. You would think that someone at such an important place such as the credit bureaus would be much nicer and more help. I am very upset at the poor information that was given to me by XXXX and TransUnion.
