I asked this Experian company to remove all the various false names from my credit account. They said I need to mail copies of identification and letter of residence from utility co. I sent copies of California drivers license with federal approval star, copy of passport, letter of residence from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I mailed certified mail. They still did not honor my request. I am extremely concerned that if I were to unfreeze my accounts anyone who uses any of these other names can do fraud. I have no idea where these incorrect names came from and some of them dont even make any sense they have jumbled letters attached to the end of my name. Wrong middle initials, and dropped letters etc. I can not unfreeze my accounts until this is done.
