First Progress Card does not have my consent to have and share my private personal information. Then, the information that they are reporting is inaccurate and false. They are reporting an open date of XX/XX/XXXX and over 120 days of inaccurate late payments since this date. It states that the Alleged debt and Account number XXXX belongs to a XXXX XXXX. The amount is {$120.00}. This debt does not belong to me. I contacted them via phone in XX/XX/XXXX but the debt is still being reported. They are violating my right to privacy as a consumer, reporting inaccurate, false, damaging information to the consumer reporting agencies. They are in violation of multiple federal laws. Please delete and block this inaccuracy within 4 business days.
