I previously disputed the accuracy of payments to this account with Total visaXXXX company claimed payments are correctly being reported but I pulled my reports yet again and found multiple innacuracies in question on XXXX and XXXX payments are being reported with different past due dates of XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX on XXXX as 30 days late on each month where XXXX is reporting 60 days late for the same months. XX/XX/XXXX is 30 days late on XXXX and 60 days late on XXXX account is also 90 days late of XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX but 120 days late on XXXX. XXXX of XXXX account is charged off but on time on XX/XX/XXXX how is that possible? Again I am asking for this tradeline to be removed from my credit report it is not being accurately reported according to the FCRA you must report this account accurate if account cant be accurate complete and verified as we both know by law it must removed from credit report if it can't be verified.
