IN LIGHT OF RECENT INVESTIGATIONS BROUGHT UPON EQUIFAX, I FIND THAT MY CONSUMER FILE IS BEING IRRESPONSIBLY TAMPERED WITH.OVER THE PAST MONTH I HAVE MADE SERVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REMIND YOU OF THE DUTY PURSUANT 15 USC 1681 .IT APPEARS YOU'RE INTENTIONALLY AND WILLFULLY BEING NEGLECTFUL IN REMEDYING MY AFFAIRS .15 USC1681 E ( B ) ASSURES THAT IAM DUE, PROMISED ACCURACY IN MY REPORT BASED ON FEDERAL LAW. IAM MAKING THIS VAILD REQUEST ATTEMPTING TO HAVE THESE ERRORS CORRECTED ON MY CONSUMER REPORT .15 USC 1681i ( A.5 ) SAYS THAT AFTER THE REVESTIGATION ALL UNVERFIED INFORMATION MUST PROMPTLY BE REMOVED.
