Consumer Narrative

On XX/XX/XXXX both equifax and XXXX were notified that they had 15 days to stop publicly furnishing private information of mine. Its been well over 31 days actually. XXXX XXXX company was the only one who updated my account via equifax but XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX are all credit card companies who sent my public information to a 3rd party ( all 3 CRAs ) to furnish publicly. Furnishing recent and high balances is a ftc violation an fcra violation and invades my privacy rights. If my limit is {$800.00} XXXX is not allowed to publicly furnish transactions and experiences over {$800.00} they are guilty alongside Equifax and XXXX this violates the Privacy Act of Consumer Financial Information XXXX of the Gramm Leach Bliley Act. According to FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( a ) ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) states consumer reports does not contain any report containing information solely as to transactions and experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. Transactions and experiences are the same as recent and high balances that CRAs furnish against my will which is an invasion of my privacy and these companies need to stop violating my consumer rights
