on XX/XX/2022 a transaction was made to a utility company that wasn't made by myself and the bank sent me an alert. Because of this I looked at all the transactions and found numerous transactions that wasn't made by myself and filed a claim with my bank. They denied the claim including the one they sent an alert for. I called them and they reopened the claim, yet they denied it again. These charges were not made by me or anyone I knew but because I stated my debit card was always in my possession they denied me. I have contacted some of the merchants and they have agreed to the transactions being fraudulent but I was told my bank has to start a request for the transactions and they would return the funds to my bank. I sent an email explaining this but still have not heard a response from my bank. I don't believe they investigated the transactions because they stated that the transactions they could view was valid.
