My insurance company issued me a refund {$760.00} on XXXX XXXX and the funds will clear XXXX hours..I called navy federal on XX/XX/23 they told me I had a balance of - {$19.00} but they saw the pending refund for {$760.00} ..then I called back XXXX XX/XX/23 and navy federal tells me I cant access my funds until they subtract {$530.00} from a temporary credit reversal thats due to reverse on XXXX.which they say is when they would be finished their investigation.
