Double reporting issues with a " XXXX '' status on my XXXX credit report. There are XXXX separate " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' reports happening on my XXXX account that are highly inaccurate as the company can only " XXXX '' or XXXX XXXX XXXX ONCE on an account. You will see on my XXXX credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX that Santander Consumer USA has reported this information XXXX! Once in XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX! That can not happen and is in clear violation of the FCRA and a lie to the consumer reporting agencies! The other discrepancy noted on my credit reports is that on my XXXX report, Santander Consumer USA HAS NOT REPORTED A " XXXX '' or XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX and that it is being reported on XX/XX/XXXX! As well as my XXXX credit report shows that a XXXX XXXX status was put in place in XX/XX/XXXX! With a term duration of only XXXX Months? This account is also inaccurate and is in clear violation of the FCRA as Santander Consumer USA DOES NOT KNOW THIS INFORMATION TO PROPERLY REPORT IT TO THE XXXX MAJOR CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES!!! This company is potentially making up information as they go when they come under fire for disputes from agencies and the CFPB or XXXX! This account needs to be deleted from all of my credit reports as it is in clear violation! Attached below is my most current reports from XX/XX/XXXX that will prove this information to be inaccurate and false and needs to be removed from all XXXX of my credit reports!
