After receiving response that my account/debt was verified. I sent in a XX/XX/XXXXletter on XX/XX/XX/XX/XXXXto all 3 credit reporting agencies regarding account XX/XX/XXXX (XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXXXX/XX/XXXXbased on 611a ( XXXX ) and 15 USC 1681g. These agencies have failed to respond and/or furnishing the requested information or documents requested or the process, who they spoke with, what documents they received, what records where checked, how the account was verified, or what was used to validate this debt with the creditor during the the reinvestigation and none of this information was sent to me via mail as requested in the XX/XX/XXXXdispute letter.. This is a violation of the FCRA. Also this creditor is in violation of 15 USC 1581. in this case there is unlawful deformation of my credit. There is no documentation furnished with my wet signature, no original contract, or nothing from me stating I gave my permission for this to be reported on my credit report.
