For approximately XXXX weeks I have been unable to access my mobile app with Pentagon Federal Credit Union. Every time I try to access my account I am locked out. I spoke with the Credit Union and they stated there is an issue with the Credit Union IT department and that some customers such as myself is having this problem. They said someone from their IT Department would be calling me but noone has called me to date. I need to access my mobile app to deposit XXXX checks.
