In the letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, I requested the following information : ( 1 ) Validation of debt, original agreement to this debt, detail billing statement, proof that this company has been given authority to collect this debt, and what actions this company takes to protect my personal information in accordance with XXXX. Amount of alleged debt {$1000.00}. As of XX/XX/XXXX NACS has not provided this information which exceeds the 30-day period in accordance with the FDCPA. I have not given said client XXXX XXXX to share any protected personal information with NACS or any other company nor have I received any of the services it claims. I demand that you cease all collections until this information has been provided.
