Under California Middle Class Tax Refund ( https : //www.ftb.ca.gov/about-ftb/newsroom/middle-class-tax-refund/index.html ), I received a {$1500.00} refund. California Franchise Tax Board ( FTB ) outsourced Money Network Financial , LLC to issue a prepaid debit card which I never received. After so many attempts to figure out why I did not receive it, finally, Money Network was finally able to verify my account and re-issued a debit card to me, and then I found out the original card was stolen and money was withdrawn from various ATM machines without my authorization. I reached out to FTB originally about this incident and was informed FTB can not help and Money Network will need to assist me with this. I filed complaints and disputes against Money Network, but they never officially responded. I reached out to Money Network multiple times and finally, I was able to speak with someone over the phone, and they denied my dispute. I never received the original debit card and my money was withdrawn without my authorization. I have filed a policy report at the local XXXX Police Department. Case number can be provided upon request. I need my money back. Lastly, financial regulations and authorities are very complex. If CFPB is not an appropriate regulatory body to handle my case, please refer the right authority so I can resolve my issue.
