I have an account that is not in FCRA COMPLIANCE. They are not reporting accurate information to the credit bureaus. I have disputed it and it has came back that it is following the fair credit act. But in fact XXXX is not reporting accurately at all XXXX has it as a closed account, XXXX as an open account and XXXX as a charge off. The current balances are different on all XXXX reports. XXXX has XXXX, XXXX has XXXX but XXXX has XXXX. The original balance is the exact same way. XXXX and XXXX have that I am 120 days late in the status but XXXX has collection/charge off. Not one of the date opened are the same date nor is the reported date. Charge offs should not have late payments attached to them because they are late by default. This is far from accurate information that this company has posted on my report. It violates the FCRA compliance to have 100 % accurate information and only XXXX reported to my report. This has affected me from getting loans, homes and I need it to be removed from my report. So they can stop violating my rights.
