Consumer Narrative

I checked my email on XX/XX/2023 and I noticed an alert from " XXXX '' letting me know that my credit report changed. I went online and checked my account and seen that an item was reinserted on my credit report both " Transunion '' and " XXXX ''. I was not notified by mail and the same day I got the email alert was the same day the change occurred on my report. I did not receive any letters from anyone and I am highly distressed dud to this matter. The item was deleted months ago and was deemed fraudulent. I sent certified mails with the XXXX XXXX to Transunion XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX asking them for the description on how they certify that the account was verified. According to 15USC 1681i 5B both bureaus have violated my rights and I will like the account removed immediately.
