On XXXX I sent a certified letter to each of the 3 credit reporting agencies ; TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX, asking each of these companies to check and verify that the information in my credit report was accurate. All 3 credit agencies responded and said that they checked the information on my file and verified that it was correct. I did a thorough research on my own and found inaccuracies on the credit report even after the 3 agencies said they did a thorough research! Name of the account : XXXX XXXX Account # : XXXX In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, XXXX Account # XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602a States that I have to write to privacy 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604a Section 2 : It also States : A Credit Reporting Agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. For example, the Date Opened for the account had multiple dates on the 3 credit reports ranging from XXXX to XXXX inconsistency! See attached Latest Credit Report dated XXXX for all 3 credit reports. See attached compiled PDF of pages XXXX of Credit Report showing XXXX XXXX
