On XX/XX/2023 I sent certified mail to dept of nelnet about all the fcra laws that they have violated. It was a notice of cease and desist. They did not properly investigate the matter. They falsely claimed that they did not violate my fcra rights. They have these accounts attached to an address with my legal name but incorrect address meaning they should should contact the grantor which are the cras and delete these accounts off my credit report. They are furnishing private information publicly to a 3rd party which is illegal. This is infringement and a violation of my privacy rights. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX said they are furnishing info on behalf of the department of ed which I have NEVER agreed nor signed an waivers or contracts with and to proof it they sent me documentation asking me to update information because they dont have any in their system. They are trying to set me up.
