Please consider this as my formal complaint to the Fair Collections & Outsourcing for allowing the fraudulent account and for not taking corrections on my credit report. I have filed FTC report with the identity theft report number XXXX.They allowed the fraudulent account to be reported in my credit file without proper notification. As I checked my credit report these are fraudulent account is still reflected on my credit report.
