I have been disputing an account that is unlawfully on my consumer report with XXXX, Equifax and XXXX. They have refuse to even acknowledge the issue with my request and continue to send me cookie cutter dispute responses that doesn't address the issue. The request was for a Child Support account to be removed as the name does not match my legal name ( My legal name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and they are reporting it on my account as XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and the account should be removed due to it not meeting FCRA requirements. I also disputed this with the child support agency ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and they have now closed this account due to their error yet the it still appears on my report. I am demanding this account be removed as it is inaccurate and effecting my creditworthiness and not allowing me to obtain much needed business credit to improve my families situation. Attached is a letter from them proving that this account is now closed and it clearly still shows my legal name being in error which is an FCRA violation and should be removed from report for good. I am ready to take legal action if the request remedy does not take place as this is a direction violation of my rights. XXXX Co Acct # XXXX
