On XXXX and XXXX I sent certified letters to the credit bureaus and they were notarized. in reference to inaccurate information and reporting on my credit report. The bureaus have failed to respond to my request and provide me with the method they used to re investigate this matter. Keeping mind this is not my first request. It seems that the Transunion, XXXX and XXXX has failed to acknowledge prior request. Their practices are unethical as well violating my consumer rights per FCRA sections, 15USC 1681i, 15USC1681i ( 5 ), 15USC1681 section 602 A, 15USC1681 section 604 A section 2, and 15USC1681c ( a ) ( 5 ). The following accounts listed below have not been accurately reporting which includes but not limited to, incorrect opening and closing dates. last payment dates and other relevant information. XXXX.
