my student loans were on an income driven repayment plan which required me to have a XXXX payment.. once covid came loans in forbearance due to the government putting payments on hold. The lender reported for a total of 16 months that every month i was late. I tried contacting them and letting them know my loan was on an income based repayment plan and also the forbearance the government provided was in place during the time they were reporting my loan as past due. i have given them 2 months to report the mistake to the credit bureaus but they have not done so.
