In XX/XX/XXXX, I checked all 3 of my credit reports and discovered that there is an inaccurate debt noted on my XXXX and XXXX credit reports. This false debt is being reported by a collection agency known as Vance & Huffman , LLC. It is being inaccurately reported that I took out a loan in the amount of {$250.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately disputed the claim with both credit reporting agencies and contacted the original company from which this false debt came from - XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX relayed to me that I do not owe them anything, I DID NOT TAKE OUT ANY LOAN in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX agreed there has been FRAUD and IDENTITY THEFT against me and escalated the matter to their Financial Crimes division. XXXX XXXX has said that they would contact Vance & Huffman to remove this invalid debt. So far, Vance & Huffman have failed to remove this false debt on my credit reports as my disputes have been refused by them. This inaccurate credit reporting has caused me financial harm and emotional distress. My credit score and financial standing have been horribly affected by this blatant misinformation. Vance & Huffman LLC is violating the law by reporting inaccurate and false information about me on my credit reports in trying to collect on a fraudulent claim.
