I Have been a customer with Santander Bank since XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter that they closed my account, so I went to the bank. The manager there explained that he would not know the reason why they terminated the relationship, only the back office would know. I have 4 accounts, 2 private, 1 regular checking and one savings. On XX/XX/XXXX the manager explained that since the accounts were closed I should be getting the funds within 7 to 14 business days. The 2 private accounts have a total of {$160000.00} the other accounts total about {$3900.00}. I called the 1800 a few times to no avail. I visited different branches of the bank over 4 times to no avail either. one of the managers at one of the branches claimed that santander had mailed two checks ( no amounts were disclosed ) but were returned because it was the wrong address. ( I lived in the same address since XXXX, How do I continue to receive letters from santander at the same address they claimed they sent the checks? ) On XX/XX/XXXX I called and spoke with one of the managers of another branch, who suggested for me to write a letter to their corporate office explaining to them that it has been 30 days and I still haven't received the funds. I refused to write a letter is just going to be a waste of time!! I really need help getting my money back. It's been 33 days and nothing has been done. Please help me recoup my money. Thank You.
