I've tried every, possible source of a resolution between the recipient, Cash App, and my financial bank institution between out poured calls, texts, emails and re-opened disputes and all falled on deaf ears through this I'm at my wit 's end. This is my last formality of recovery of my hard earned wages. XXXX of Last year I responded to promotion of a cabin trip to XXXX XXXX TN detailing cost, dates ( XXXX ) and Itenaries.Looking over reviews {$250.00} was initiated deposit and submitted via cash app. All through updates and group charts of excitement 2 weeks left into trip date it was announced by mitterrant and advocate of the trip that promotion was not a success outcome due to low head counts of participates trip is cancelled and refunds WILL be allocated by end of XXXX. Allowing well passed XXXX. End of XXXX I reached out, and was given refund status of lack of un services of refunds there on after via text, calls.. Upon other outreach research some individual were in receipt of refunds via promotor and others like myself are still unjustly not refunded and unjustly Not of my behalf of cancellation. Adding insult to injury filing disputes to both financial Institutes Cash app and my consumer bank submiting all communications requested and highlighted of non service rendered via promise of refund. With every denied letter is my eager to NOT give up. My money is value of my hard earnings.
